Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By browsing, registering, or using any services provided by br227 through its website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on our platform.
Use of this platform is subject to your meeting the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age permitted in your jurisdiction.
- You are not legally prohibited from using online betting or entertainment services.
- You are accessing this platform in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
- All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
Br227 reserves the right to deny access to or suspend the account of any user found not meeting the above requirements, without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on br227. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
- Your username and password are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
- You must notify br227 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Br227 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Br227 users agree not to engage in the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with another individual or transferring account ownership.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in ways that violate the stated terms and conditions.
- Engaging in any action that may compromise the integrity of the games or the security of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activities.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the br227 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users bear full responsibility for all transactions carried out through their account.
Deposit: Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed in the platform's Deposit section. All deposits are final once processed and cannot be reversed by the user. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. br227 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the support team.
Transaction Fees: br227 does not charge any hidden fees for standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Users are advised to review the payment provider's terms before completing any transaction.
Any financial fraud, unauthorised chargebacks, or attempts to manipulate the br227 payment system will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users.
Liability Limitations & Account Suspension Policy
Br227 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or directives from authorities.
- Game outcomes or bets placed by users based on inaccurate information from external sources.
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
- Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Br227's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
Br227 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
- The user provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Account involved in money laundering or illegal financing activities.
- The user has been found to be under the minimum permitted age.
In cases of suspension due to a breach, br227 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. br227's decision in such matters is final.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property: All content on the br227 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of br227 or its licensed content providers. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from br227.
Third-Party Links: The br227 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. br227 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit.
Gaming Software: All gaming software used on the br227 platform is owned by the respective licensed game providers. Use of such software is subject to the relevant licence agreements, and users have no right to copy or distribute it.

Should resolution through negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution authority in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes relating to the br227 platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
